Kwenati is a African owned and managed company that offers tailor made Electrical solutions within the mining, commercial, and petrochemical industries. The company was conceptualized and founded in September 2013, with a vision for the organization to be a conduit to which Electrical knowledge can be shared with young graduates, electricians, technologists and engineers so that they may marry the theoretical knowledge with the explicit skills they will get on the job. This we envisage to achieve through strategic partnerships with our clients as we render maintenance of their Electrical assets, so they may sweat them well beyond their useful life. We also aim to assist them with upgrades as they reinvest in their companies by making CAPEX available for such asset upgrade projects.

About the MD and Founder
Gideon Keabetswe Kubu is currently the Managing Director at Kwenati Solutions Pty Ltd, an Engineering consulting company. He is responsible for offering Energy solutions to domestic, commercial, mining and industrial clients ranging from Electrical power design and construction, SolarPV and battery back-up systems and general electrical switchgear maintenance as a technical advisor and Engineer. His Operations management, Engineering management, Asset Management and Electrical Power Engineering Acumen has seen his rise 4 different organizational structures in less than 10 years. He has a B-Tech Engineering Degree in Electrical Power from Tshwane University of Technology and a Masters in Engineering Management (MEM) from the University of Pretoria.
He is an Electrical Technologist, with a keen interest in technology and engineering management. He is quite resilient and a huge proponent of agile management, as he believes that we live in dynamic times.
The company’s key personnel are registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
